When Peppy is added to a Google Chat space, he will send a message to all members of the space to request their birthday and work anniversary dates. Members can choose to provide the information or opt-out. On a member's birthday or work anniversary, a message will be posted to the chat space to celebrate. No complex configuration required!

You can try Peppy free for 30 days, no credit card required. Simply click the add to Google Chat button to authorize Peppy through Google's SSO. Peppy requires minimal permissions to help ensure the security and privacy of your workspace. Once added, you'll be guided to add Peppy to the space of your choice; this can be a new space or an existing one.

We offer a free plan for teams with under 15 active members. If a member opts-out of using Peppy, they do not count towards your active member count.

We charge based on the average number of active users per month. Active users are users that have provided their birthday and/or work anniversary dates. If a space member opts-out, you will not be charged for them.

Adding new members to a space will increase your bill and removing members will lower it.

We request only the minimum number of permissions required to delivery our services. We never store message content, so your communications remain private.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our cloud providers have high levels of security and compliance accreditation.
